Due to the storm warning and expected snow accumulation, Eiryu-ji will be closed on Sunday, February 18.

The center will be closed on Monday, February 19, for Presidents' Day.

The one-day Zazenkai scheduled for Sunday, March 26, 2017 has been changed to a half-day event, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. This will also be the beginning of our spring Ango and we will hold an entry ceremony during this event.

The next Zazenkai at Eiryu-ji Zen Center is scheduled for Sunday, February 26. This will be an all-day event, from 8:30 until 4:00, and it will include lunch in a traditional format. Abenteuer Philosophie magazineEran Junryu Vardi Roshi was recently interviewed and featured in the January edition (issue no. 147) of the Austrian magazine "Abenteuer Philosophie". The article, titled Nicht Eins und nicht Zwei, was written by Eiryu-ji Sangha member Christina Vaccaro.
